Appoints Vice President and Hires Assistant to
the President
COLORADO
SPRINGS, Colo. - April 27, 2005 -
Excellence in Giving, a full-service
philanthropic advisory firm, today announced that
Rebecca Hove has been promoted to vice president,
client services. In this role, she will be
responsible for managing relationships with
Excellence in Giving’s  growing roster of client accounts.
Ms. Hove was promoted to vice president from a
client service manager position. Prior to joining
Excellence in Giving in 2005, Ms. Hove worked at
Young Life where she coordinated projects for the
organization’s national properties division.

proven skills as a successful client manager over
the past year provides her with great experience
to take more leadership on our team,” said
Al Mueller, president of Excellence in Giving.
“She understands what it takes to create the
level of service that our clients require.
I’m looking forward to her growing
contribution.”
Ms.
Hove graduated from Duke University with a B.A.
in Spanish and Sociology and a certificate in
Markets and Management.
Separately,
Excellence in Giving announced the appointment of
Jennifer Foust to assistant to the president.  Jennifer comes to Excellence in
Giving with 8 years experience as a project
manager and logistics analyst for software
upgrades at 3Com Corporation and Cisco Systems.

Mueller. “With her extensive experience,
Jennifer will reinforce my commitment to help
