Excellence in Giving announces today the appointment of Paul Penley, PhD as Senior Research Analyst and Lauren Brown as a Client Advisor.

In his role as Senior Research Analyst, Dr. Penley will lead Excellence in Giving's nonprofit research and evaluation efforts. Dr. Penley has prior international relief work experience in Central and Latin America, Eastern Europe and Africa. He received his PhD from Trinity International University and his BA and MDiv from Columbia International University.

Mrs. Brown joins Excellence in Giving from a family business. In her role as a client advisor, Mrs. Brown will support the firm's clients as they execute their giving strategies. She holds a BA in Literature from Wheaton College.
