Excellence in Giving today announced today that Laura Fisher has joined the firm as its first partner. Mrs. Fisher will be responsible for all phases of client development and for managing client relationships.

Mrs. Fisher joins Excellence in Giving with over 20 years of combined corporate and non-profit management experience. During her career at JP Morgan Chase, Mrs. Fisher specialized in mergers and acquisitions and later provided portfolio management advice to high net worth individuals, foundations and endowments. Most recently, Mrs. Fisher served on the executive leadership team and led the development efforts for Compassion International, a non-profit based in Colorado Springs.

"Laura is uniquely qualified with an impeccable resume including superior educational credentials, proven analytical skills, senior non-profit leadership and an extensive international network," said Al Mueller, president of Excellence in Giving. Mrs. Fisher studied mathematics at Baylor University and earned a B.A. in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.

Mark Percy, Managing Director

Excellence in Giving also announced today that Mark Percy has joined the firm as a managing director. Mr. Percy, who will be based in California, will oversee the operation and expansion of Excellence in Giving's California practice.

Mr. Percy brings more than two decades of business development experience from privately-held and Fortune 500 companies, having led teams throughout the U.S. and in countries ranging from India, China, Morocco, Tunisia to Egypt. During the 90s he was SVP and then president of Charles Percy & Associates, an international trade and investment consulting firm started by his father, former U.S. Senator Charles H. Percy.

Mr. Percy is a graduate of Stanford University and has an MBA from Yale University's School of Management.
